Comment: My four nights at this hotel not far from the Florence train station worked out very well for me. The room with bath was clean comfortable and the included breakfast was satisfactory. Free wireless internet is a big plus to stay in touch with home. The owners. They secured reservatons for me in advance for the Uffizi Gallery and Accademia Museum saving me a lot of time. For an economical stay in Florence look up this hotel.

Comment: My boyfriend and I stayed in this pensione for 3 nights while in Florence. Extremely close to the train and bus station yet still located on a charming side street (right next to a lovely restaurant), the staff at this hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful! The main guy (Roberto) booked our museum timesa and gave us endless directions! Everyone spoke perfect English. Our room was a good size, faced the back (quiet) and was quiet and fairly clean. Charming communal room and free WiFi.

Comment: La cordialità del personale è buona,trovi 24h su 24 personale alla reception, quindi libertà di movimento. La posizione è ottima, sei a 300 metri dalla stazione centrale di SMN, collegata alla piazza omonima da un comodo sottopassaggio,l'hotel si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, gli Uffizi, 10 minuti dal Ponte Vecchio, ecc. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo. Camera e soprattutto i bagni sempre puliti.

Comment: Brilliant location - close to so many wonderful places. Close to transport and the markets. Perfect place to return to exhausted after a full on day in and around Florence.
Roberto and his wife are great hosts. They provided us with just the right amount of assistance - booking the Uffizzi and timing the visit to minimise crowds and queues, providing information about affordable and good value restaurants and sites.

Comment: I stayed in one of the internet special rooms with my father for 3 nights. It was on the top floor and had a shared bathroom.Our room was sunny and the marble floor felt good on my feet after long days of walking.
Roberto & Sandra, the owners, were helpful to us and gave us good advice about where to internet and do laundry in the neighborhood.No complaints at all and what a bonus to be just a short step from Stazione SMN.
